If You Died

If you died Misery would replace my first name Cause you are my middle and last I would dine on memories of romance we shared And wonder what it would be like if you were still here I would look in the mirror like when we stood there together And look over my shoulder I would still feel you I would listen to see if you still sent me little midday messages unconsciously The time of day would probably always seem like nighttime So that I could see you in my dreams I couldn’t imagine you not being here I cant see my self crying for you I would be in denial So God Bless The Ground you walk on
