I Choose You

So we get back to that cold evening, I see you hugging my brother, I notice the smile and the twinkle in your eye, I let them pass because you made my brother smile. So time flows, and we get to finally meet, I ignore me, choosing his happiness, Hoping that finally he ha found his happily ever after, You kept that smile even when you fought, Until finally the pain outweighed the pleasure, You wanted to break, I tried to hold you together, He let you go, you let him fly, You stayed alone in my arms... even when it was forbidden. So now we stand smiling at each other, Forgetting everything but us, The magic we have together, the reality we face, I choose you, today, now, tomorrow, I will keep choosing you. My brother will let go, and even if he doesn't, I will choose you
