Hope
She looks upon the world with purity,
And finds the goodness in all that she observes,
She does not diminish with maturity.
Virtue and honour filling her reserves,
She looks upon him with unceasing love,
And finds the goodness in all that she observes.
His past does not concern or sins thereof,
Hope ever rests within his raging soul,
She looks upon him with unceasing love.
Her peaceful ways part of his broken whole,
Offering comfort in his time of need,
Hope ever rests within his raging soul.
Without thought, on his behalf she will plead,
Tirelessly working to help him to cope,
Offering comfort in his time of need.
While he still has her, his comfort named Hope,
She looks upon the world with purity,
Tirelessly working to help him to cope,
She does not diminish with maturity.
