Here-Gone-Fresh
Here–Gone-Fresh
Here
Are but
Children as
They meet the beach
Forewarned of rip tides
Suction at the
Shore eating
Their feet
Gone
Fresh
Salt air
Filling up
The boys’ young lungs
Crabs scuttle sideways
Seagulls fly free
Dive for fish
Tides coming
Fresh
