The power behind her to get to the finish line Is courage born from pain. Great things have happened though To people born in a much worse place. The odds are not all bad, There are just small obstacles that are in her way. She takes a profound breath As she continues to walk in the rain; She grasps it will not be easy But she understands she will win this race. It has taken a lot of time to get where she is today, and It has taken a lot of learning for her to discover her faith. All the races she has been in before were not losses, They each were training her to meet her fate.
