He Knows

It isn't safe when left alone. Thoughts consuming you, like a drone. It's hard when he stares, taking the air out of you. Shriveled in a corner darkness cloaked over, scraping at the shell it crawls inside, possessing the heart and all your time. Never to rise once fallen for the key has been thrown. Never to be forgotten, never alone. He'll show you a path, a light once unknown. Yet you do not know, this place is your home.
