Have You Ever
Have You Ever
Sitting in a restuarant or some other place
You feel someone is starring, unfamiliar face
So you look up and you see him looking
Eye contact, somewhat baffeling
Go about my business, focus my attention
Enjoy the company I am with, my concentration
Why does my mind want to pull me in that direction
Don't want to look there, is there some mental connection
So I look back and yes he is still there
Eye contact again, familiar stare
Thinking back should have I introduced myself
Did he know me from some familiar place
Will never have that answer, time gone by
Only God knows these answers and why
