Hand In Hand
Forget yesterday, so they say ---
Live for tomorrow and you will
be happier that way ---
Erase the ghosts of the past
from your mind ---
Give your full attention to the
people of the living kind ---
Because soon enough your time
will be at God's command ---
Then you will walk with the
non-living,
hand in hand.
