Joy comes
Pains lurk;
Chains secure

Live now
Love here;
Treasure peace

Attitude
Gratitude;
Altitude

Walkway path
Ancient man ponders;
Silence speaks loud
~~~~~~~~~
New penthouse
Small footprint;
Bold feelings call
~~~~~~~~~
Ponder then
Wander far;
Awesome wonder
~~~~~~~~~
Words on paper
Brief soliloquy;
Haiku moment
~~~~~~~~~
When you look
Do you see;
Nothing matters
~~~~~~~~~
One by one
People pass;
Echoes remain
~~~~~~~~~
Wise fool
Utters empty;
Pride puzzles
~~~~~~~~~
Write then
Nothing happens;
All seems empty
~~~~~~~~~
Gone away
No words stay;
Jigsaw pieces
