Abrupt exodus;
Freedom dies trying

Dying echoes scream

Confront crazy;
Cruelty conspires

By this old sea
Screaming faces;
Distorted awakenings

Pain rains
Inhuman strains;
Murder strokes plain

Good men watch
Death and debris;
From a distance

Haiku blooms
Echoes wind here;
Ponder loss plain

Sultry hot day
Noise confronts;
Laughter punctuates
