Good Morning
To think is the merciless fight
And I ponder my hearts insanity
To awake to the morning light
And your waves of endless trinity
I watched you dead silent
Entranced by your charm
My love for you was violent
And all it did was bring harm
If you were a drug
You'd be the pill
That would wait to
Confirm its kill
You are the remedy
To all saddening war
You are the songs melody
That sings in my core
You are the mirage
In the desert sun
You are the death
From which I run
Finding you in every corner
Of my minds endless maze
A weary traveling foreigner
Searching for days and for days
Searching for the reason
As to why my feelings exist
My mind plays with treason
As I struggle not to resist
But I return to my window
Watching you for days
My eyes red in the glow
Of your sun bright rays
Still I wake every morning
To reach the light you bring
Hesitating to let you inside
So as to hear your light sing
To swing the window curtain
To question my loves source
Do you love me ... Uncertain
But do I love you of course
