God's Children

I saw a man they called a freak. All because he could not speak. I knew a man who could not hear. People laughed and called him *****. I knew a man who had one arm. He posed no threat, would do no harm. I knew a man they called him slow. Simply because his brain it would not grow. If you were given a choice today. One in which you had to play. And your choices were pick one above. And know what it’s like to not no love. Which one I wonder would you choose. For which ever you pick you’ll surely loose. Do you think your attitude might change. If by chance your lives you must exchange. So think about their feelings before you point and laugh. You represent God, so show mercy and kindness on His behalf. Repost ( one of my first postings), Life is not easy for any of us, but think about those with limitations. God Bless all.

Surely our attitudes would change if we were the ones with the disabilities you describe, Ronald. I have had personal relationships with many people with similar afflictions and they themselves know more about showing mercy and kindness than most of us do. Outstanding work! Much love, Carolyn
