Go Straight To God
Go Straight to God
A fire produces heat while needing fuel
And if living a life that can be cruel
Turned out to be threat yet we regret
You are responsible for all our debt.
What should be done so we can eliminate
Things wondered about while we wait
To discover possibilities that were in mind
Or where we shooting in dark being blind?
Through life we continued to journey on
Until livelihood and savings were all gone
For you to remember facts this I propose
When you are in doubt God always knows.
Final frantic answer you will find my friend
Which is God is the one who has no end
And so instead of around trying to strut
Go straight to God never taking a shortcut.
