Frog flicks a fly

Like a frog flicks a fly,
things move too quick
but with you, it's us, not I -
without you I'm lovesick.

Like a frog flicks a fly
life ends too fast
but with you there's no sigh -
we're built to last.

Like a frog flicks a fly,
the world harshly rotates
but with you it's a constant high -
you are my best mate.

Like a frog flicks a fly,
things slip like sand
but with you I'll never die -
You'll always have my hand.

wonderfully penned brother. Enjoyed the repeating of the first line of each stanza in the piece. Moves well.
