Friendship's Rest

When I think of being blue and cry I remember the joy within I hear your sunny voice and try to bring a smile, a laugh, a grin. You call from distant shores now to see if I am feeling well, freeing me from my lonely vow just by your ring, an anthem bell. I tell you tall tales and short and hear your giggles down the line You tell me yours, as if at court, these truly are the best of times.
