For Letting Me In
For Letting Me In
What could and would we have withstood,
When God who is gracious and also good
Who will into our lives many things bring
With life full of love and birds that do sing.
God gave me life which has a kind soul
Removed my sins and made me whole
World with beauty God has now made
And His Son who once in a cradle laid.
Oh God so gracious who I highly respect
Towards right way will you please direct
Me and thank you for soul you did save
Of mine and soon will be put in my grave.
My soul through life still has survived
And in heaven above will have arrived
Many souls God saved again and again
And I always thank Him for letting me in.
