Just manage on what I bring in.” “I’ll play with the kids if I want to, However, that’s all that I intend to do.” “Don’t expect me to clean or cook. But take more pride in how you look.” “If the boss expects too much of me, I’ll quit this one too, wait and see.” “All you do is gripe and complain. Why, in this house, do I remain!” For Meg, the “better” had gone away. Leaving only “worse” day after day.
