Flakes Pure Yet of Despair
FLAKES PURE
YET OF DESPAIR
Cool feather like flakes stream falling, falling
from cracking skies bosom shell
skirt like white gown lace light.
Swinging quiet and slow in cozy air ~
painting wonder on bored ground.
Isn't it a lovely show?
Atmosphere's icy blotting blanket sings
chimes so sweet that couples sway.
Snowflakes spell magic flair.
A beauty appearing so chaste and pure
yet, hidden song of despair
to buds, trees, fields and birds...
