Fire
The heat of his passion was like a fire
for one whose beauty was beyond compare
She was his one and only desire
Their love was one that could inspire
with sweet caresses and tender loving care
The heat of his passion was like a fire
A love that kept getting higher and higher
from the precious bond they shared
She was his one and only desire
A love from which he would never tire
Even through their golden years
The heat of his passion was like a fire
Love that many did indeed admire
that sweet and tender love so dear

Affection and warmth did conspire
that true and enduring love affair
