Find me where the waves lap at the shore When it’s time for night to slip away The sun rises from the ocean floor Squawking seagulls skim above the spray. Oh, this one is a favorite for me, Paul. You set the scene so creatively. The sea brings out the romantic in many of us. The thought of waiting eternally for elusive love is thought-provoking. Excellent writing, my friend!

enjoyed reading this Paul, you taught me a new word again ;) I like how you developed the mood of the poem.. 2nd to the last line is a wow complement to the 3rd line (emphasis).. :) on the waves lap at the shore..... such an imagery and the effect where waves move nearer and a bit will move quited too... :) lovely indeed!.............. other than this, Im so happy Paul it will be on February 11, my STAAAAAAAARRRRT! hugs and smiles, Olive Eloisa
