Falsely Alarmed

A simpleton mewls.
Streams of martyrdom
sate white porcelain.
Sins and suffering
hover like pumice.

Pruned fingertips
scratch metallic
drain passages
seeking escape.

Dread subsides
as bubbles
vanish and

    For my Soup friends (who Soup-mailed me regarding the meaning of this write) - it revolves around the sensitive subject of a fragile woman dealing/coping with the issues of (being afflicted with) bulimia. Peace always, John
