Fall

© 2011 (Jim Sularz) Come sorrow there is poetry, dry, wind tossed leaves blow here and there. Naked trees thin shake and shiver, no turning back Time’s rusted gears. A row of sparrows, autumn heights, blue oceans, stars, a twilight’s love. Faded photographs, tear-filled eyes, this season chills, Fall clouds above. Cold fingers cloak a metal sky, a Winter’s start we’ll come to know. Our flowers bloomed that once have dried, awake new, at last fallen snow!
