God has wired us to want to hold on to this world and the ties that bind us here. We all have something we need to learn while we are here. I think this is all in preparation of our joining him in the next world. I enjoyed your poem.

That is very good reasoning and deduction on what what everyone wants. Yes, I too,want to reach that heavenly abode eventually but in the mean time try and solve everyday problems. Nice thought provoking poem Laila. love phyl
