Emerald Crown

The strong wind blew through the pine tree
The limbs shivered swaying
Pine cones dried from summer's fierce sun
Released their seeds swirling

Twisting, turning in the strong wind
The seeds slowly fall down
Snuggling in the cleft of the rock
Now cliffs emerald crown

Written September 03, 2013
About a photo of two pines
growing out of cleft in
a rocky mountain..I can't seem
to get pictures to come through
