Dream Weaver
She spun a web of dreams
With strands of silver moonlight
Centered lies a star so bright
Illuminating her desired night
Framed in dancing silhouettes
As dusk kissed earth's
Silken breast
Midnight governs soul and heart
She flirts with planetary counterparts
Romantic kisses from her lips
Sensual caresses of slender finger tips
She shed her self of cloth and shame
Bathed in twilight's soothing rain
Laid herself upon blooming meadow
Thoughts drifting little sparrows
She spent the hours resting there
As the southern wind teased her hair
Upon awaking she found herself
Tiptoe balanced on Time's collective shelf
Heart beating like fairy bells
Overlooking sapphire oceans
She felt the wave of calming emotions
Her dream spun web now complete
She joins the company of silent sleep
Her midnight tale in heart she'll keep.
