Donnas' Dilemma

My friend is in trouble and I Don't know what she needs She won't say in fact She hardly says anything That I haven't pulled out of her Like pulling a barge upstream In a dark and rancid sea So I ask about her Pharmacology situation for Lack of knowing what else there is To be concerned about and she says The side effects are too much She's tired of it and That's that I try to encourage my friend With only good thoughts But I'm not too convincing Because I am also in a Pharmacology situation and That's that
