Deep Within Myself
I am one, deep within myself
When I shut you out,
When I live alone,
Without you,
In silence.
I am many, deep within myself
When I lift my arms,
When I raise my voice,
To join you
In praise.
I am few, deep within myself
When I hold the wounds,
When I pick the scabs,
To remind you
Of my pain.
I am all, deep within myself
When I find my voice,
When I find my heart,
And show you
My truths.
