Decompensating

My arms hug my knees in that wet warmth and hold my thighs against my baby belly. I'm blind-- floating away from the pinprick of light. Living forever within a moment of drowning; Moving further into the abyss. I fall backwards in time-- I shrink to that moment before I exist.
