Deathbed Bride

I wont ever hold your hand again Not as you sleep, not as you walk And time was a miserable mistress, in the back of my mind Every day Ive ever loved you. I'll never feel your shame as I lay under you again I wont cover my face for your regrets My will cant be sucked from my flesh again the way you did I am not lost inside your love now. No longer do I stand as your retiring Queen As your following watches you, the ever malicious King And your cruel, twisted fates do not dance in my head I have been shackle free forever now. Still a piece is left lingering I sense your resistance I feel you the same as our exit from love, Raw, unclosed, gaping, bleeding. And you and I, we both go on We sleep, we walk, we breathe So completely severed and yet... in your last moments I will be with you still.
