Love your description Harry but my winters are spent in verdant despair in sensory pastures.

Nature's beauty always uplifts me, Harry, but those long dark nights when we have sun for only a few hours are attributed to a rise in the suicide rate. This is an amazing haiku! Love, Carolyn

You wrote how you felt, Harry. Here;s my trick..if u keep writing poetry about how much u love winter, it might actually grow on you. ha ha. I too want short winters. Gwendolen
