You know my heart is just amiss from what this little cutie had done did she gone a gave another boy her kiss Cupid! please hear my cry and let, your arrow fly Sam Cooke told you so just let, your arrow go Cupid! The Slackers have said get to work and stop playin' dead my heart so lonesome and cold i need you to do what you've been told Cupid! can't you hear me sigh this little girlie had gone and made me cry o' i love this girl who don't know i exist but i must continue to persist Cupid! tell her 'bout my love and let, her see you above send her a little kiss for me maybe, she'll finally see Cupid! Don't tell a lie! I seen her, bat her eyes you done stole her away and left, me in dismay Cupid! How could you! Do what, you done do My heart, is sad and dead Now you've, gone and mislead
