A broken heart will always carry a scar that is a weak place but thank God he can heal and renew and uplift the broken hearted..Thanks for the visit to my page..My children are ages 52, 51 and 48..Then I have the grandsons 28, 17, and 5..God blessed us in giving us a space in between the grandsons so that we could enjoy each one individually..Sara

nice write , line one says " lines" plural, should that be " line " as in cross the line ? first line second stanza " "once you" not " once your" clearly an emotional write ...mark

Hope this is not due to personal (and or recent) experience Eileen. Powerful pen. Words spoken in the heat of the moment are hard to forget ... but eventually we have to move on. In Japan there is an art, where people take broken or cracked pottery, and fill the cracks with liquid gold. When it hardens it signifies that we are more beautiful ... after we are broken. I hope this is the same with you, Eileen. When push comes to shove we come back stronger and more passionate.
