Creeping Shadows- Shadows In the Night Contest

Shadow In The Night Contest Sponsor: Shawdow Hamilton Shade created within exact boundaries, Darkness flows swirling around, I get so lost needing to fulfil a quandary, No bright coloring agent can be found. But I will always love to drift from range, Feel the vortex rotating so rapid, And sometimes I do find it quite strange, I only love the shadows abstracted. Devoid of brightness covers me whole, As my mind is encompassed by fear, For my innocent light it came and stole, It left so sudden and never reappeared. The shadows came like the wind and left me alone, Convoluted like a ghost in the basement, The intense wicked whispers blown, I wish the doom had a replacement. As days go by and nights come too quick, I shall never forget the restless sleeping, Why on earth is it me you picked? I won't miss those shadows creeping. Written: November 2, 2015
