Courage Is Your Virtue
Awaking to the whispers of new morning
When the night of rest somehow fades away;
The heart finds the end is the beginning
While confronting the unknowns of a day.
Engaging in moments you think are right,
In a jaded world filled with uncertainty
That often leads to reflections that alight...
When trials heap like a mass of debris.
I linger as you smile then change from a past
Allowing grace to reside in your own thoughts;
To surge onward through life, boldly steadfast
And hold unto gifts that are never bought.
Yet to fight and love beneath skies of blue,
Courage and peace rising upon the ground...
There is no time after time as you renew
A Richard of virtue through life profound.
