Cookie

Slice after slice broke layer of the cookie dough. Chocolate oozed from the cookie. The girl reached to grab the first It explodes on the floor. She fell with it Anything destroyed would ruin her She started cutting her cookie dough Tearing the skin Leaving herself to bleed. Until a boy reached to grab the top one. He held it, cherished it, loved it It was the best cookie he'd ever had. He wouldn't let it slip. The plate fell, but he caught his cookie The floor cracked, but he gripped it tight The world split and he held the cookie. The boy and his cookie, No matters. One day the boy was a cookie But his cookie saved him from being sliced.
