When we are young Only dreams dance in our heads Lover’s trysts Holding hands a bliss Then comes the trifecta of darkness The long hours job The stack of bills on the table The divorce lawyer taking what’s left I ponder and contemplate As I sit on my throne How to did it come down to this All this constipation
