Christmas Wedding
She walks down snow covered path to the church
Christmas approaches she'll receive her gift
She reaches for the door made of clear birch
Stomping her feet she gives her skirt a lift
Entering she takes a look around
Christmas approaches she'll receive her gift
The sanctuary quiet not a sound
She imagines all the happy faces
Entering and taking a look around
It would be warmer in other places
Yet it is magical at Christmas time
She imagines all the happy faces
It's kind of funny that both their names rhyme
His name is Chris, she's always been called Miss
It seems more magical at Christmas time
In less than a week her husband she'll kiss
His name is Chris, she's always been called Miss
Behind her she closes door made of birch
Down snow covered path away from the church
