Christmas Again
It's Christmas Again--
Baby Jesus,
our Christ--
pure child
of the reborn heart.
(though the world.
on downward slope--
slide further from heaven
though faithful hearts
yet cling to hope)
Christmas again!
Where has time gone?
Decorative lights!
Harmony, the Faithful-song!
praising our prophets,
the magi,
angels on high;
blessings and Good-will
to all...
while more children
innocently
die.
It's Christmas again--
Father we cheer,
let Your Son be with us
every day of the year;
keep us
from judgment--
Father we implore!
Lead us not
to temptation...
and an
endless
war....
