Choked
I wish to not leave the house
I wish to not be with family
I wish only to be as small as a mouse
I wish to crawl under rocks and bridges
the fire under my face will not douse
I stare at your SS glare
the road among us both so straight
your test was deemed oh so fair
wheels akimbo, signals awry
i want to pull out my hair!
a black anchor chains me in bed
only that which is sonic grants me a smile
the madness only seeks the dread
the touch of my hand brings bliss?
happiness lies with the dead
life on the outside is brash and loud
life on the inside is grey
walking on the outside in a black cloud
I will not surrender until I do
white wings and a dark shroud.
