Changes In Time

Changes in Time Time ran fast, Through ages and nights, Dawning everyday, With a new different light. Things have changed, Between now and then, From the time of chariots, And the time every boy was called Ben. What has happened over time, Is the work of many years, The dripping of sweat, And the shedding of tears. Things have changed to our comfort, To suit are wants and suit are needs, So that we may live life comfortably, And carry on our work and do good deeds. What is to come we do not know, For all these things were not expected to have been, For if it wasn’t for the hard work, Of those who were extremely keen.
