Spring warms to dazzle Dew moistens the erect stems Timid buds will blush

    "I see how Doobie didn't use the: How is the weather? approach. I do enjoy the theme here a lot. I suppose this could be re-written in such a way to mask a double or triple meaning....written in such a way to appease the certain modern American haiku style that is clinical, mechanical, cloned, plain as porridge, incorporating a juxt so wide, the "mind-picture" achieves a level of inanity akin to watching paint dry. Exactly the modern American style that I have grown an aversion towards."

    not verse..too much personification..not plain as porridge..what did you actually see? a budded flower covered with dew? it is free verse because you are interfering with how the readers see the image but making your subjective impression so don't let them have their own impression..and there's no true ahaHA! its cause and effect..Uncle yet [Deb ducks under the table] L & L
