Broke Down

Broken promises and shattered dreams, Believing in hope is not what it seems; A damaged heart beyond repair, No more reason to love , no reason to care. Trying to fit in, only to be cast aside, Hiding alone so no one sees me cry; To give unto others is so naive, Cause they just want more to watch you bleed. To love in vain, is a stone cold slap, Its hard to take when they wont love back. Lord have mercy, if theres any left for me, Relieve this anguish and set me free.
