Bright Shining Sun

Just over the horizon is the sun Showing the glorious enormous dot It shows how the day has surely begun Something I don’t forget, as none forgot Sun shines immensely right there on the spot None presents nature better than this sight It’s mightier than what is shown at night The lovely sun brightens everything here Now rising further up the sky just right People here on Earth surely seem to care Russell Sivey

Of course " It’s mightier than what is shown at night" for moon couldn't be seen without its light! A beautiful hymn to the Sun, my friend Russell!
