Boston Strong 2014 One Year Later There is a strength in compassion, a courage in the compassionate, not a faint desire to be of service but a triggered response. There is a power in sadness, not in the tears or deflation but in the determination to persevere, to rise again. There is a force in unity, the inexplicable rumbling of hearts, beating in response to the hearts of others. There is a passion in oneness, in focus, in belief, determination, a love shared, nurtured, shielded, cherished, and necessary. John G.
