Bless Me

Many of you don't understand the depth of love I have for poetry. Perhaps this video will give you an idea. :) Enjoy! I wrote this poem 12/10/2014 under the title Salieri Soliloquy. I recently video taped it and posted it on YouTube Under a different title because this will be easier for people to find. I hope you enjoy it. Yes, Matthew. At present, I'm teaching a Modern Literature course at Middle East University, and I've found out that some of these sentiments that I express here are some of the very same ones that were expressed by some of them. Greatness sometimes comes after the poet has been laid to rest. Only time will tell where our little writes will end up. Thanks for the lovely visit. Blessings.

You are such a sweet man, Arthur. I thrive on praise....perhaps a little more than I should. Funny, reminds me of something someone write in my high school yearbook. He wrote some nice things after which he wrote, "I know you melt when you hear kind words. I hope you are melting now." :) Seems we both have that problem and it sure isn't due to global warming! :)
