Bitter Sweet

There she was just a few feet away Glossed lips Powdered face Faux lashes Contoured cheeks We locked eyes then she looked away cold and distant Maybe she was tempting me to walk in her fire She was sweet like sugar Sugar is what tempts us pouring upon our wildest fantasies Sugar gives us cavities rots our teeth our soul our world It seems vanity is always in style...

Right on with this one and the power of free standing lines. Great job at no cluttered end of sentence punctuation, and a perfect format for this discourse. Women are sheer beauty, and many are conditioned to exploit that. My take, as a former sexual addict to pornography, now free, is how we objectify women. Men are visual, so this piece is the normality for a man, who hopefully gets the chance to meet this woman. Congrats , Thomas
