Being Forgiven

It matters not the life road traveled, For past is part of our three act play. Each segment became a stepping stone, Identifying a spot where we stand today. But each is special in someone's eyes, Though in thought we may be unaware. And whatever thing a past may hold, Won't motivate this person to not care. For within each life is faced a decision, Of two paths, from which we'll choose; One path leads to a heavenly gain, The contrary, our soul to Hell, we'll lose. This pathway will not forever be easy, But we must journey one, just the same. If at the end our foundations solid, It's because of Grace and Jesus name. We worry too much about what others might think, instead of what God already knows.
