Beauty Everywhere

I find beauty in the mountaintops Where they sit in the periphery of my vision Like cupcakes huddled together Trying to keep warm in the chill I find beauty in the rain forests Where I can dance beneath the canopy Serenaded by millions of bugs And observed by passing panthers I find beauty in the hearts of humanity As people open their arms to me And we embrace out of love Rejecting the shackles of hatred I find beauty in memory Where our beloved dead reside Forever reminding us to smile When we feel the tears welling I find beauty in everything And maybe one day everything Will find beauty in me As I search for home
