Babel

In the heaven of Babel was the birth of a hell The lost lands of language where giants have fell Where mis-understandings' are declerations of war When hate is what love is mistaken for Mis-interpretation's a weapon without choice Where armies and enemies don't have a voice To eachother they scream but nothing is heard They plead for peace but there's no common word Destroying the tower and spreading the speach Was an angered God with a lesson to teach Not only for them but for all to come To remind the human of what pride had done Then the day came when He was compelled To show them a place where secrets were held Had the stone been discovered just centuries before Prevented it might, those centuries of war But doubtful it is when today they rage on A chess board of countries where peace is a pawn For power's the king they fight to acquire The very same god that created their fire America the great like Babel the strong So what place in time does its' fall belong?

An interesting aproach, to say; that lessons not learned, is his--story repeating itself untill the lesson of Love is learned! Sincerely, Love, Moses
