Autumn Delight

( AUTUMN DELIGHT ) Through Autumn's kaleidoscope I see a story told, the fall days will bring winter blessings to unfold. Autumn skies looks like velvet soft shades below, in secrets the stars shine in a sparkle of pure gold. It's a pleasing sight of colors that I see all around, leap through the pages of time a beauty to be found. Welcome changes of the leaves lies upon the ground, there is a whirlwind that whispers a musical sound. The October moon in a blue twilight winks in dreams, a frosty morning of orange pumpkins with faces to smile. Then the night of Halloween in the air there is screams, local towns dress up for Octoberfest's fall harvest for miles. There's a Heavenly sight in the close of the hot summer day, the doves and the bluejays plays in a birdbath not far away. Thanksgiving there's the baking and cooking and family to meet, to be thankful to the Lord on Thanksgiving as we all begin to eat.
